We respond to most invitations right away, especially during business hours. However, there are times when your invitation may not be sent out as soon as you request it.

Look for you Invitation in your Email

Check your email for your invitation to Pencil That. Depending on your inbox settings, sometimes we go straight to junk-mail, so check that too.

Accept the Invitation and Create a Password

Your Pencil That invitation is tied to a client profile we have set up for you. Create a password to log in with.

Book Your Appointment

Use Pencil That to find the the treatment type you need, with the therapist you prefer to book with, and at the time that works best for you.
